The Think tank should have definite strategy. Such as; 

1. Assess every woman for MDG Justice attainment  and give a rating to the woman based on her lifestyle.

2.  Get every woman affiliated to a local support services club or network so as to access the group facilities and to get help when she needs it.

3. Each group of women's clubs to establish an infrastructure facility to create space for women and to back up the rights and abilities of women.

4. Millennia coordinating unit to source credit ad other support services.

Concevoir Millennia2015 comme une organisation Non-gouvernementale Internationale avec les communautés Millennia2015 comme relai de base qui  seront des sections pays avec des membres  adhérents  selon des critères à définir.

 

La force d'une organisation se mesurant à l'efficacité de son travail à la base, c'est à ce niveau que les stratégies seront mise en œuvre  pour la réalisation du Plan d'action.

 

Toutefois au niveau continental, il y aura une structure légère de  coordination.

 

Des réunions  au niveau de chaque continent regroupant les communautés pays  pourraient permettre d'affiner leurs stratégies.

 

Au niveau International, Millennia2015 insufflera la dynamique de conception et de réalisation de la vision et son suivi.

1. faire des sensibilisations amenant à une perception commune du sujet ainsi de celui de concept tel que : démocratie, referendum, genre...

2. travailler pour l'appropriation et la participation de tous à l'autonomisation de la femme.

3. détecter, dénoncer et éradiquer tout obstacles à la réalisation.

4. réajuster les systèmes éducatifs en insérant les objectifs de notre sujet. recycler les formateurs. rendre les écoles mixtes.

5. utiliser d'abord les langues vernaculaire dans la sensibilisation ainsi que l'information.

6. promouvoir la visibilité des femmes et des filles compétentes solution à la crise de modèle.

7. subventionner des organisations qui travaillent pour la cause.

8. récupérer, réinsérer et renforcer les capacités de façon continue, donner la seconde chance à ceux qui veulent aller loin autant qu'elles pourrons.

9. permettre à la personne féminine à disposer de son temps grignoté par le stéréotype, manque d' énergie et les appareils électroménagers.

10. permettre à la femme d'exercer le leadership dès son jeune age.

Towards an inclusive multicultural society, more balance and more responsible for the future is indeed an issue.  However, the way forward is in the expected empowerment action plan to be achieved after the millennia 2015 international conference and its implementation, monitoring and evaluation guide lines.

 With these, we should arrive at the future women want.

Millennium Development Goals would be seen as Sustainable Developmental Goals post 2015 which is being widely debated by the UN and I have contributing to the exercise. The 37 Variables discussed in the Millennia2015 needs to be included to bring in the action to make women and men realize their responsibilities which were never taken up in the way they should have resulting in the global crisis of 2008. RIO+20 also showed up the lacunae of developed nations and emergent nations like India not committing adequately to the whole idea of climate change and reduction of carbon emissions since the GDP remains still the way to measure of progress. This has  to be done away with as the SDG's need to be linked to the Human development Index first and foremost and it is imperative that health and educational quality has to be looked at in-depth as the only way to bring in gender equality.

 

The use of a wider understanding of terms such as Needs-Rights- Wants-participation and Responsibility has to considered when training community leadership to become more sensitive to quality of developmental work rather than quantifying impact. Foreign aid has to be reassessed and hands joined with governments and NGO's to provide those with funds who work on issues that become sustainable within the context of the local socio-cultural paradigm.

 

On the economic front Gender budgeting is a must by all governments to allocate resources to improve the well being of women and girls to make reproductive health primary and to allow gender to take centre stage.  Then alone can the what the MDG's began and did not achieve be done with SDG's post 2015 where men ,women and children get their god given rights and be allowed to make informed choices in this technologically advanced age sharing knowledge to work towards participatory partnerships to create a just and equitable world.

Decisions of this conference have to reach the highest political authority of each country through the highest authority of the UN.  Thereafter, there should be regular follow-up measures to ensure that the nation implements what was decided.  If needed, the UN should arrange for training and empowerment of personnel to work in this field.  The strategies should be designed in such a way that they can easily be jelled with existing policy patterns of different countries, so that excuses cannot be given.

MDGs although put gender only into one goal in No.3: Promoting Women's empowerment and gender equality; actually this is the centrifugal of all other goals. Poverty and hunger in women is not the same characteristic as happening in men; women have less bargaining power due to physical, age, status, sexual threat and so on. Qualified partnership is supposed to consider those specific women's and girls' needs; integrating the principles into the structure of their programmes; and define those into clusters to all MDGs in relation to gender perspectives. None of the MDGs is out of gender aspects; even Women with Tuberculoses is nowadays found in higher percentage to men (Jakarta: 6:5; in Bogor: 5:3; 2011 Gender Harmony study). Further concept work can be developed later. In the future of 2025, the overall policy, programmes and strategies must have considered the above. We can save money, time and energy by integrating gender properly within appropriate indicators to have MDGs achieved due to women and girls are constitute about 50% + 20% population for the total 70%; and this is becoming bigger to 75-80% if elderly (men and women) is inserted.

Il nous faudrait développer un outil informatique spécifique qui puisse nous permettre de classer et organiser nos réflexions, nos actions, nos stratégies et qui puisse aussi nous permettre d'échanger sous forme de forum et de chat en direct. Nous pourrions créer des profils et être "répertoriées" selon nos responsabilités, nos thèmes d'intervention et nos zones géographiques. Nous pourrions ainsi nous rencontrer lors de déplacements dans d'autres villes, d'autres pays. Ceci nous permettrait d'organiser des actions de communication autour de nos stratégies. Il faudrait devenir un acteur incontournable, dynamique, de part notre représentativité (individus et collectifs) et notre regard novateur sur l'égalité et les luttes contre les discriminations.

In 2025 I would really be proud if I've built in a business -alone or within a team- that has an, holistic approach to its customers and partners and environment. It's very difficult for African women to do it in Europe as well as in her homeland. But is not impossible, will just take a little more time. Due to the conditions it is also very difficult to do it in Africa, now knowing that we need to start somewhere with the less difficult part of it which is training ourselves and the other so that the mindsets are starting to be opened and aligned as well as enriched with how each one of us does things.

 

I will be proud at least if in the five African countries I like the most there is a training center for women and girls and youth were they can find information, training and inspiration for their life projects.

 

And more intercontinental mobility for all women in the world as we struggle too much when it comes to moving for a better information or education.

Foresight (strategic thinking) is the first stage of strategy process. The following are strategy development, strategy planning, strategy implementation.

 

Local, national and regional workshops leading Millennia2015 knowledge communities to new strategic options and innovative approaches are to be carefully scoped and organized engaging political and business champions and supporters, including the leaders of governments and media.

 

IT innovations and tools help to foresight and conduct the related events and conferences, to relay the content of workshops and conferences, to shape and implement strategies effectively and efficiently.

We talk cordially with thousands and millions of women and men, and we are learning, debating on how to have efficient conversations with people of different cultures in different regions.

Sensibiliser par des actions de communication dans lesquelles H et F s'écoutent et construisent ensemble. Créer des exemples, des démonstrateurs avec des buts très concrets plutôt que de véhiculer seulement de « grands idéaux » (nécessaires mais à mon sens pas suffisants pour agir). S'appuyer sur les hommes « en avance » pour relayer les idées des femmes afin qu'il ne s'agisse pas de revendications de femmes mais de contribution au bien-être et à la liberté des hommes (les aider à prendre conscience de leur emprisonnement dans des représentations déconnectées de leurs besoins réels).
