Elle participe au Sommet mondial sur la société de l'information depuis 2003 ainsi qu'au Forum sur la gouvernance de l'internet. Elle a publié des travaux sur le thème "Prospective et gouvernance de l'internet". Membre de l'Internet Society (ISOC), elle a fondé en 1998 le Chapitre Wallonie de l'Internet Society (ISOC Wallonie - Belgique) dont elle est présidente honoraire après l'avoir présidé de 2005 à 2009.
Elle est membre de l'exécutif du Nœud de l'Aire de Bruxelles du Millennium Project dont elle a dirigé l'édition française du "State of the Future" 2005 et 2006. Elle est membre de l'Association belge des Femmes Chefs d'Entreprises et du European Center for Women and Technology.
Elle a créé Millennia 2015, processus de recherche prospective sur le thème générique de "Femmes actrices de développement pour les enjeux mondiaux". Cette conférence internationale est organisée par l'Institut Destrée et ses partenaires (tels que l'Organisation internationale de la Francophonie) en trois sessions : "Transfert d'informations" à Liège en 2008, "Processus de connaissance" à Paris (UNESCO) en 2011 et "Plateformes d'intelligence" à New York (Nations Unies) en 2015. Millennia 2015 travaille avec la prospective comme méthode et une société de l'information équitable comme contexte. Le processus a pour objectif de construire, à l'échéance 2015, une vision positive de l'avenir par les femmes pour l'ensemble du monde à l'horizon 2025.
Marie-Anne Delahaut habite en Wallonie, à la frontière française. Elle est mariée et maman de quatre enfants (trois fils et une fille). |
She participates in the World Summit on the information society since 2003 and in the Internet Governance Forum. She has published works about Foresight and governance of the internet. Member of the Internet Society (ISOC), she created the Chapter Wallonia (ISOC Belgium - Wallonia) in 1998, served as president (2005-2009) and is currently its honorary president.
She is a member of the Board of the Brussels-Area Node of the Millennium Project and director of publication of the French version of the "State of the Future" 2005 and 2006. She is a member of the Belgian Association of Women Business owners and of the European Center for Women and Technology.
She has initiated Millennia 2015, foresight research process on the generic topic of "Women, actors of development for the global challenges". This international conference is organized by the Destree Institute and its partners (such as the International Organisation of La Francophonie) in three sessions: "Information Transfer" in Liege, 2008, "Knowledge Processes" in Paris, 2011 (UNESCO) and "Intelligence Platforms" in New York, 2015 (United Nations). Millennia 2015 works with foresight as a method and the information society as context in equity. The process aims at building, by 2015, a positive vision of the future by women for the entire world at the horizon 2025.
Marie-Anne Delahaut lives in Wallonia, near the French border. She is married and mother of four children (three sons and one daughter).
