Building an international network of monitoring and advice for a follow-up that is adapted and structured to Millennia2015 action.

Networks and actions must be more structured before having an impact

Who will be the indirect beneficiaries?

- The direct beneficiaries will be the individual members of Millennia2015 communities.

- In link with specificities of each community action, indirect beneficiaries can be people direct involved by those projects.

- About one million people will be directly or indirectly affected in the framework of that action.









   QCA-12. Monitoring and assessment


What is the system of monitoring and assessment of the action?
Who will be ensure the process and the assessment?
What will be the quantitative criteria of monitoring?
What will be the qualitative criteria of assessment?


- In the framework of the project, we will implement a system of monitoring and assessment (M&A) based on gender principles of impact evaluation.


- Millennia2015 community will be in charge of that activity with the support of a network focal points for M&A in each community.

- Main quantitative criteria will be: having at least one project in implementation, working on at least é strategic axis of Millennia2015 process and nominate one focal point for each country

Is the action duplicable in other contexts or other areas? If yes, how?


Once implemented and strengthened the network will be a powerful tool of development for countries with Millennia2015 communities.




   QCA-14. Durability of the action


How will the action be durable on the long run?


Results of the project will have to be linked with national actions regarding fundamental women's and men's rights respect. It is only with the respect of that condition that the project will have a durable impact.
