   QCA-9. Innovation of the action

Why is the action innovation compared with what already exists?

Innovation comes from the foresight methodology we have used until now and which has resulted with the elaboration of the present action. For each step, beneficiaries and stakeholders are involved. Answers to the question about issues are a proof of that involvement. This is a new methodology on which our action success is based on.

    Assessment

What will be the qualitative and quantitave criteria of assessment?

The head of monitoring and assessment of the technical secretariat will address a quarterly report to Millennia2015 Benin community.    QCA-13. Duplication of the project

Is the action duplicable in other contexts or other areas? If yes, how?

Good practices that will allow the action being a success must be transferred to those who could be interested. Population from Benin, Nigeria, Togo, Ghana, Niger, Ivory Coast or Burkina Faso share same sociological realities. What is done in Benin can be done in those countries.

How? Millennia2015 Benin community members are keen of carrying out missions in those countries in order to replicate the action.

   QCA-14. Durability of the action

How will the action be durable on the long run?

1. Developing a strong and efficient monitoring-evaluation and follow-up of the action thanks to adequate trainings and technical supervision in order to make up for women's gap in capacities. The action could be durable with good outputs even when it comes to its end.

2. Implementing the solidarity and support fund in an effective way. It will work as a micro financing structure which will give 1% credits to women who have been indentified as target of the action. Once, they have been paid off, those credits will automatically recreate the fund which will be permanent and available to make the action durable
