Sa spécificité est de travailler avec la société de l'information comme contexte et la prospective comme méthode. Sa mission consiste à mettre en valeur et à épauler les femmes qui œuvrent comme actrices de développement, surtout lorsqu'elles ne sont pas reconnues comme telles, par elles-mêmes ou par leur pays, afin qu'elles participent en première ligne au processus.

Its specificity is to work in the context of the information society with foresight as a method.
