 The European Commission published this month a fact sheet entitled “ Europe is cracking the glass ceiling” on the development of the representation of women on the boards of listed companies in the European Union.

 
03/01/2014  Gender segregation allowed as long as it is not ‘forced'
 Times Higher Education asked 163 UK higher education institutions whether they allow gender-segregated events. Of the 46 that responded, 29 do not have prohibitions in place and of these, 23 say they do not have a policy on gender segregation.

 Dans le cadre d'un séjour au Sénégal, une enquête a pu être réalisée auprès de neuf femmes sénégalaises aux horizons divers. Ces femmes, actrices de leur développement ont accepté de répondre aux questions et de donner leur point de vue concernant leurs situations, leurs problèmes mais surtout les solutions pour les résoudre.
