Millennia 2015 conduira ces réflexions du local au global, en activant les circuits régionaux et interrégionaux tout autant que les réseaux internationaux, européens et mondiaux de la gouvernance de l'internet, de la prospective ainsi que de la reconnaissance des droits des femmes.
Valoriser le rôle moteur des femmes
pour un bénéfice humain global
En répondant à ces questions, le principal message de Millennia 2015 sera de valoriser le rôle moteur des femmes dans les sociétés contemporaines, afin d'accroître leur potentiel, d'encourager leur investissement et de reconnaître pleinement leur responsabilité dans le développement technologique pour un bénéfice humain global.
Millennia 2015 explorera les pistes conduisant vers plus d'égalité et de solidarité, dans le respect de la diversité culturelle et linguistique ainsi que dans le souci du développement durable. L'implication des femmes est impérative pour combler les écarts en profitant de l'opportunité créée par le monde numérique. Les terrains d'actions dynamisés par les intervenant(e)s de Millennia 2015, tant dans la sphère privée que dans la sphère publique, sont notamment l'éducation, l'emploi et l'entreprise, l'environnement et la santé, l'information et la communication, les droits et la citoyenneté, la culture et la création.

Millennia 2015 travaillera avec la prospective comme méthode et la société de l'information comme contexte, pour construire une vision positive de l'avenir par les femmes pour un monde entier. Le processus de Millennia 2015 se développera en trois conférences internationales.
La première étape, organisée en 2008 à Liège, est celle du transfert d'informations : l'échange, la collecte et l'analyse de données permettent de proposer une synthèse des enjeux et d'évaluer la situation actuelle. Nous envisageons la deuxième session (travail sur les processus de connaissance) en 2011 à Paris (UNESCO) et la troisième (construction de plateformes d'intelligence) en 2015 à New York (Nations Unies). |

How to strengthen political participation, the implementation of human rights, and the respect of ethics for all women?
How to guarantee the access to information and knowledge for all?

How to advance creativity, education, training, and e-Learning for all?

Millennia 2015 will lead these thoughts from local to global, by engaging the regional and interregional systems, as well as the
international, European and world networks of Internet governance, of foresight, and women's rights activists.
Enhance the driving force of the women
for the benefit of humanity as a whole
By addressing these questions, the main message of Millennia 2015 will be to enhance the driving force of women in the ontemporary society, in order to increase their potential, to encourage their investment, and to wholly recognize their responsibility in the technological development for the benefit of humanity as a whole.
Millennia 2015 will explore the means leading towards increased equality and solidarity, in a context of respect for cultural and linguistic diversity as well as sustainable development. The involvement of women is crucial in order to bridge the social gaps by benefiting from the opportunities created by the information society. The grounds for action addressed by the speakers of Millennia 2015, in private as well as public sector, are in particular: education, employment and entrepreneurship, environment and health, information and communication, rights and citizenship, culture and innovation.
Foresight as method and
information society as context
Millennia 2015 will use foresight in the context of the information society to develop a positive vision of the future envisioned by women for the entire world. The Millennia 2015 process will be developed through three international conferences.
The first phase, organized in 2008 in Liège, is focused on Information Transfers: exchange, collection, and analysis of data in order to assess the current situation and to propose a synopsis of the challenges. The second session (work on the Knowledge Processes) is planned to be held in 2011 in Paris (at UNESCO), and the third (construction of Intelligence Platforms) in 2015 in New York (at the United Nations).
